Trial, cancellation, and refunds
We offer a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the trial ending to avoid charges. Annual and monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime to prevent future renewal. Refunds for partial billing cycles are evaluated on a case-by-case basis per Paddle vendor guidelines.
How to cancel
Cancel from your Backline settings page, from the receipt email sent by Paddle, or by emailing support@backline.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service stays active until the end of the current paid period.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles invoicing, applicable taxes, and refund processing on our behalf.
