When an end-user customer calls a business using Backline and the call is unanswered, our automated system triggers an instant SMS inquiry to capture job details.

Inbound Opt-In: By calling or sending an initial text message to a Backline-enabled business phone line, end-users agree to receive service-related text messages from that business.

Consent Non-Transferable: Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on customer interaction and the nature of the service inquiry.

Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message received. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless re-initiated.

Backline offers a 7-day free trial on selected plans. Payments and recurring subscription billing are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the end of your 7-day trial to avoid charges.
